Jimmies Restaurant

First time and last. Nothing special. Overcooked pork chops. Which, is not rare, as inexperienced cooks and restaurants are afraid of pork. Waitress should have informed about frozen hamburger patties though. Girl who took payment asked about food and we told her, then either an owner or manager (older guy almost bald) took over the cash register and did not say anything. No, a manager never visited the table.. they were too busy sitting with family.
