Food is fantastic as always BUT if you are offering Gluten free the guest should not feel like making their sandwich in a HUGE inconvenience. The last 2 times we went it was the manager. I called while sitting there and asked to speak with the manager, my surprise when the phone was given to the person who served us. He really made my husband feel awful for even asking. Love the chain, of Jersey Mike's but will not will not go back to the one in Indian Trail, NC again.
