Ivory Cleaners & Laundromat Wake Forest

MORE POOR THAN FAIR. I few weeks ago I took in a comforter my dog got sick on. It was white with ONLY where he got sick on it. I went to get it and now it is INDUSTRIAL PINK with PURPLE CIRCLES!!!!! And to make it worse where the dog got sick was still on it only in several different spots. They said it was the dry cleaning chemicals. They said it was a big comforter I couldn't expect them to clean it. They said they would not replace it and gave me the run around when they were so called "trying to make it right." They said they couldn't clean it in the machines they had cause the comforter was TOO BIG. they said all of this after they RUINED IT!!! OK, why didn't you say that when it was dropped off and why did it take 2 weeks and no call to let me know what was going on with it. A Christmas gift RUINED!!! Don't take your comforters there. I won't be even taking my dogs stuff there ever again. The worst cleaners ever!!!
