Intracoastal Eye

I went to Intracoastal Eye for the first time last year and I loved it! Everything went great, I got a pair of glasses I loved, and everyone was so helpful. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I needed to get a new pair of glasses. I spoke with someone about coming in and getting help finding a new pair because I was coming in on my lunch break I needed everything to be quick. She assured me someone would be there to help me. So I rushed over on my hour lunch break the next day and there was no one there with a sign on the door saying they all went to lunch and would be back at 12:45. So I waited until they opened back up at 12:49. And had ten minutes to pick out glasses and get back to work. Not the most pleasant experience.
