Holder Heating and Cooling

They were hired by Lennar to install our HVAC system 2 years ago. We have literally had them out more than 20 times (a different technician each time) and each time the “band aids” that they would put on would cause a problem somewhere else. They finally admitted that the entire system was installed incorrectly (after we reported them to the BBB) and had to rip out the entire thing out and put it all back together. We are still having issues and I have to call 2-3 times to get someone to even come look at it. When they finally did, they said we needed a new circuit board and they will call when the part comes in. It has now been 3 months and still no phone call. When I call, the secretary says they will leave a message and still no return calls. Stay away from this place! If your builder is contracted with them, insist on a different company or walk away from the home!
