Me, my wife, and my daughter started attending Higher Ground Church around March 2010. We were looking for a new church family and a church that has life to it. We made a few visits to other churches and kept praying God place us where He wanted us. The search did not last long. We visited HGC like 3 times and that was it....... we were hooked! I can still remember us riding to church on Sunday mornings so excited about going. Well guess what................. Today it is March 2014 (4 years later) and my family still has the same excitement as we did day one. Not only do we love this place but God brought the Faircloths here for a reason. I was called to preach at this church. I am now a licensed minister in the conference and working on ordination. God wanted me here to learn from Pastor Ray, cause his ministry is real, and relevant. There is no other Pastor in the denomination I had rather sit under. The love of God is busting out of the seams of this growing church. The praise and worship is probably the best in the state and it is led by not only a great man of God, but my best friend in this whole world. Ray Jr has helped push me and pick me up in times I wanted to give up. Let me just say this.............. The love that the leadership of this amazing church shows is priceless. And if you are reading this I dare you to come step into a greater experience.
