Not my favorite place for good food. That being said, if with friends and family that enjoy bar type food and sports then it's a decent place to go. I have found a difference of service and food quality from each location visited -Mooresville, Providence and Wesley Chapel.
Will never order lobster roll again - fishy taste. Sometimes the house chips are fresh and crispy sometimes cold & rubber. Wait service is unpredictable. I find the younger staff slower and not motivated. If there is a good manager on the floor there tends to be better service.
Last visit we went early dinnertime because it was with small children, wasn't busy but very young greeter at front still made us wait. Babies and toddlers don't wait well. Fortunately, when seated the waiter recognized the necessity to get things going and really hustled to get kids comfy. That kind of service gets a good tip.
