Hayden Olivia Bridal

I am 6' tall and a solid size 12 (not a bridal size 12). I am confident with my body and I knew I needed to make sure HO had my size to try on, otherwise it would not be worth my time to travel there from Concord. I was reassured multiple times (the initial appointment scheduling, the confirmation, and an additional call) that they had dresses that I could try on. FALSE! I could not fit into any of the dresses and I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, with 15 of those minutes being me waiting for my consultant to join us from a previous bridal party. I was disappointed that my consultant told me while I was there that she can pull things from other places and make phone calls but she "has to have time to prepare," and that "next time let us know ahead of time so we can prepare for you." Well I did let your salon know, three times. In addition to all of that HO is a lovely place, aesthetically, but they also did not have many dresses in their repertoire. Overall this was a horrid experience and I am only giving two stars because my consultant was trying her hardest to accommodate me.
