Hardee's

Waited over 15 min for food at the drive thru. After 10 min they just informed us that their grill had shut off and apparently hadn't forgot about us, didn't apologize though. When we finally got our food it was cold and gross. Wouldn't be so annoyed if they did anything to be attentive or apologetic, but could barely look up from their phones or bother picking up the pace
