Avoid this business if possible. I purchased a new heat/air unit a few years ago. I was told it had a warranty. What they don't tell you is it only "covers" parts. That too is a lie. They charged me $140 to come out and repair a capacitor saying that was the labor cost. The capacitor cost $20 and it takes 15 minutes to install. My bill covered the entire process, plus some, I'm sure. Then when I couldn't afford the bill, they threatened to send it to collections. I paid it off over several months and during that time thought I might need a warranty repair on the warrantied unit. They told me my account was closed and they couldn't repair the unit (despite it being under warranty) I paid my bill off and ended up having another company look at the unit. I will never buy another unit (or anything) from this crooked company and recommend no one else does either.

I had a great experience working with Robert and Chris to have my HVAC unit checked. I'm in the process of selling my condo, and the buyer wanted the HVAC unit checked. The unit is 30 years old, and I was really worried that I was going to get pressured into replacing it. I had already tried two other companies, and because the unit was on the roof, no one wanted to do the work. However, Chris and Robert were great. They worked through the logistics of getting onto the roof with a great attitude, and checked the unit. They cleared a clogged drain, but said otherwise the unit was in great condition and did not need replacing or any other repairs. And the price was very reasonable for the work done. I've already asked them to check out the HVAC on my new place once I move. I will definitely be using G+S again.
