We hired Gilliam & Associates to sell our home in Cary after seeing their stellar reviews on Facebook groups. This was our first time selling a home and they were just the kind of realtors that we needed, very hands on.They were very responsive, respectful, professional, and helpful. In the end we took our home off the market after less than a week (even though we had an offer by the 2nd day) because we decided to stay in our lovely home for now :) We felt bad for wasting their time but they were gracious and happy for us. We will certainly use them whenever we do decide to sell again.
