These people are scam artist and embezzlers. I would never recommend them to anyone. My parents took their car there to be fixed and now I wished they didn't. When the car was ready my parents went and paid the people in cash over $1400. My father was so happy to have his car back when he gave Mona Shaw, the customer service/receptionist the money, she gave him the keys and he walked out. My mom asked him for the receipt he said she didn't give him one so she made him go back in and get one. The paper she gave him still showed a balance and my dad said something to her but she swore out that was his receipt. So to the end they sent a bill to a collection agency saying my parents never paid them. Lady you are a liar. I took it upon my self to find the CEO phone number and had my mom call. Well they met with the manager of the store William Butcher Reid and Mona Shaw today and she stood in my parents face and said he never paid her for the car. My parents are ministers and there is no one in the city of high point that would have one bad thing to say about my parents. Well now that my parents are stressed out and my father is recovering from cancer I'm now stepping in. I'm not going to stop until I get every News Station and City Mayor involved because these people are not going to get away with embezzling money from my parents. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!
