Gentry Heating, Inc.

I have an oil heater from 1962. Over the last 2 years just about everything has been replaced by Gentry. I was still having problems with the pilot light going out...it took some time and 2 technicians working together but they found the problem and fixed it once and for all. After being what I consider an excellent customer (I've put close to 1000 dollars into this antique!) Gentry honored their warranty and fix said problems (the lines were so caked with filth that no oil could get to the furnace, the filter looked to be the original, and other issues arose) with not a single charge. I know that they a little on the higher side of repairs cost...but it's worth it to be taken care of. I'm so grateful that they allowed me to crawl under the house with them and be taught how to reset my furnace. Much respect! Meridith
