Friendly Appliance Dealers

I bought a dryer from these guys. It stopped working at about 5 weeks. They told me they would look at it. They didn't keep their appointment or call to let me know. When I asked for a refund they got upset and asked me to leave. On my way out they told me "I don't appreciate you coming in here expecting me to come to your house and fix your dryer for free". That was the first time anything had been said about the cost. I was absolutely not expecting it to be a free service call. I was expecting them to diagnose, order part, and repair. I expected I would have to pay for the part and service. These guys are friendly when your in their store shopping for something, but rude when what you've bought breaks down. They kept telling me "I'm going out of my way to come to your house. Do you see where I'm coming from?" But they didn't keep their appointment. The fact is they assumed it would be something simple that they couldn't charge me for, so they didn't bother. If they had showed up, fixed my dryer and turned in a bill, I would have happily paid for their service. Really really bad customer service folks.
