Hate being this person but have to make it known how rude and condescending an older saleswoman was to me and my mom who went in to EXCHANGE a pair of shorts that had lost a button before they were even worn because they no longer had a tag. They were bought last week (I was checked out by the same saleswoman who is very nice when you're spending your money). I simply asked if I could exchange them for another pair, NOT LOOKING FOR A REFUND BY ANY MEANS, and was given a not-so-half-hearted apology by the woman who dismissed us with little care or concern. I told them they could keep the cheaply made shorts. As a local who shopped here VERY frequently I am sad to say I will no longer be spending my money here and would much rather travel to Virginia in the peak hours of summer to deal with pleasurable sales associate then a stuck up one. Sadly, the associates here USED TO BE the most understanding and true to heart local boutique associates are no longer working here!!! I will be returning the items that I DO have tags for in the near future, with a smile to show how customers should be treated.
