Every time I spoke specifically with Kim, I felt as if I wasn't worth her time and she spoke down to me like my inquiries were ignorant. I'm not the professional when it comes to legal documentation and selling a house. And if I am paying you for a service, I do not want you to speak to me like my questions and concerns are irrelevant. I don't care who you are or what services you are rendering, but there is no reason to be rude to a customer who hasn't been rude to you.
The receptionist was always polite to me on the phone and Donna was helpful to me when I called or emailed her.
