ERA Strother Real Estate - Sanford

Terrible: We never got feedback from our agent after the house was shown, even after a realtor open house we got zero feedback. The pictures he posted online were terrible, did not even include a picture of the master bedroom or master bath. The agent never suggested a change in price even though we got no offers after 8 months on the market. Today I went to go check on the agency's own website and I can't even find my house listed anywhere. Unfortunately I was deployed when my wife signed the contract, which was for 12 months apparently, huge mistake because now, even though we have had no offers after 8 months they want to hold us to the contract. Never sign a 12 month contract with an agent, especially not this one.
