After a terrible cleaning job that didn't remove any stains/marks, Encore's boss and sidekick showed up at our door and invited themselves in, literally yelled, intimidated, and threatened us to pay. I feel extorted. WE HAD TO CALL THE COPS to make them leave! Never let these thugs inside your home, these people were unbelievably rude and dangerous.
