The staff were very busy but very professional. They knew the problem right away. My feelings of being rushed were quickly dismissed when Dr. Howard Miller took time and explained the problem to me. I'm sure he has seen this a thousand times. He could tell I needed to know a little more. He explained the x-ray results and showed me the damaged areas of my shoulder on the MRI. Muscle, tendons, and maybe early stages of a tear. I am extremely greatful for him explaining this to me. For 5 months now dealing with constant pain, he was able to show me the what, where, and why in a matter of minutes. The staff is excellent. Matter of fact all my doctors and staff have been very good during this time of trying to figure this injury out. The Physical Therapist at ARMC S Church St sports rehab in Burlington are top notch. Getting hurt in my line of work is especially frustrating because of the nature of what I do. A criminal caused my injury while resisting arrest. It was senseless. Hopefully we can treat the pain. Hope it heals but it will forever be a problem going forward. The peace of mind understanding the problem is priceless. Thank you so much. I hope our treatment plan goes smoothly.
