I bought a trailer from these guys a couple weeks ago and had a great experience, was in and out quick, left happy and I absolutely love my trailer. I recently returned to have my 2" ball swapped onto a drop receiver and the service guy acted like I asked for his firstborn and $1M. It's a shame that this contrast exists. I look to form relationships with shops like this and it looks like I have to go elsewhere.
