Ordered tonight, after an hour I called to check on it was told they got busy and it was on the way. After 30 more minutes the manager called me back and said that it would be free and was almost here. After a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes I had to go get my pizza which I was told would be remade... the boxes still had the original stickers on them and the pizza, which should've been hot because I picked it up 7 minutes after they said they were going to remake it, was barely warm. Accountability, Jimmy, accountability. Don't give a new excuse everytime we talk about why its late. Simply own the issue and establish a solution. Don't make the customer solve the problem for you.
