Have used him for 6 years. Everything was great until a drain connection was discovered 3 years later that was never connected...and has been draining into my crawlspace every time we showered or took a bath. After numerous plumbers and an engineer reviewed my moisture problems it was determined the drain was never connected. They stopped responding and failed to make it right....merely denied he did anything wrong without actually coming out and seeing what other professionals saw. It cost me $300 to get it fixed. Very disappointed in the lack of loyalty shown to my family after so many years of doing business with.
