CVS Pharmacy

wow. the girl who answered the phone in the pharmacy department was a huge b***h. i had a simple question about my prescription being picked up and because i just moved here, i had accidentally called this location instead of the location i MEANT to call. when i asked my question her response was “you called the wrong store we are in target, call them k bye” she was just very rude and impatient. she had a hispanic accent if that narrows it down. anyways, find employees with good communication skills instead of people who are rude and have an attitude with customers.
