I've been a member at 4 different CrossFit gyms over the years as I've moved around NC, and I can honestly say that this is my favorite. It easily has the best community of any box I've been a part of. I've recently had to stop attending because my employer relocated and I can no longer make class times and I miss it badly, both because of the people and the amazing workout you always get.
