Crocs

The current assistant manager and her staff that worked with me on December 29th were amazing. To make a long and difficult story short staff here helped me resolve a that occurred from receiving bad information from another Crocs store in South Carolina. Hey I don't think this stuff understands how much I appreciate the time they took to help me resolve the situation and be able to receive a refund that was owed to me. They were patient and kind and attentive. Which is something you don't find too often in a retail store or chain. My sincere thanks to the staff. I am so sorry I lost the receipt that had their specific names on them. But if you guys are reading this or if the actual manager is reading this please look on your roster to see who worked on December 29th and be sure to let them see this review.
