Craven Animal Hospital

Everyone here was so compassionate and kind when I was faced with the decision to say goodbye to my 20-year-Old kitty. Prices were more than reasonable, I was taken to the back with my Grand Old Lady almost immediately, and the veterinarian and tech were gentle and loving to her. They called promptly to let us know her ashes were back, and when I went to pick her up, the receptionist made sure the transfer was dignified. This was a hard decision (although the right one), and while I can’t say I want to repeat the process, I do know that if I ever have to, I’ll be contacting these wonderful people. Thank you for treating Love Bug with the dignity and respect she deserved. I wish I’d thought to get everyone’s names.
