Contractors Building Supply

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went into showroom 3x before anyone even acknowledged I was in the building. Finally talked to someone about ordering. Called them back a couple of days later...lost all the information. Finally got the information right and ordered. Went in showroom to see if the order was in. Couldn't find it. One person blamed the other. Was told that I would get a call back by the end of the day. Surprise surprise....no call back. Called back next day. Said they'd call me back. Still didn't call back. Finally got a text saying, "they're in" Horrible customer service.
