Great experience. John came out on a couple of hours' notice after we found evidence of an infestation in one wall. He was thorough and explained the solution carefully and with complete transparency. Pricing was significantly lower than other companies, AND came with a better warranty. Techs came just a couple of days later, and finished the job efficiently and effectively. Obviously, the proof'll be in the pudding, but based on our experience so far, I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
