I would like to commend City Services Inc. for the very prompt, professional and efficient service that I received today. Their technician Tim serviced my air conditioning system today in this very hot environment.
I have a home warranty which I called yesterday and today got a call from a service company that told me they could not service my air conditioning system for 6 days so I called another company on the home warranty list and they also told me 6 days. I was absolutely disgusted since the home warranty company states your service should be done within 48 hours of the time the company servicing you calls.
Thank God City Services, Inc. is in their top 3 list of companies that service my zip code. They called me this morning and by 4:30 this same day my house was so cool and comfortable. Their response time to my call was unbelievable. Therefore, I want to thank Tim again for his courteous, professional and efficient service and I highly recommend City Services, Inc.
