They had no fries 30 minutes after they opened. We ordered our steaks well done...they were burned so badly on the outside and so tough and dry! The inside was bleeding and the meat ws dark red! Other customers around us were getting fries??? Wow! The weighter said the steaks would only burn more if he took them back...will they be ok??? OMG just because the sign says Chop House does not mean it should be compaired to ANY other Chop House resturant! The food was disgusting! The manager did give us $20 discount which we were grateful for but we should have known since there was no wait there and everywhere else was 40+ minute wait... We were just starved. Wont make that mistake again!!
