I called to get information for preschool for my son and they left me on hold while not pressing the hold button and I had to listen to the Assistant Director and another employee have an inappropriate conversation for a few minutes until finally I was so disgusted with what they were discussing that I hung up. Have some respect for yourself and people who are waiting on the phone.
