Caswell House

I started bringing my mom's clothes home to wash them myself. This was to keep her clothed together because her clothes keep coming up missing. I put a clothes hamper in her room and a sign on her closet and on her hamper that reads: Family will do laundry and her clothes still be missing. I want to know what the problem is, when the hamper is right there to put her clothes in. Every week, it is the same thing. Somebody is going to have replace her things, if this keeps happening.

I would not recommend this facility at this time. At one time it was ok but now I wouldn't send anyone there. The management is poor the staffing is low and changes all the time and the care is not what you will want for your loved ones. The other reviews are done by individual who just go through and mark good rating for the nursing homes they don't actually have a loved one there.
