Very unorganized, unstructured, and unprofessional management teams I’ve ever dealt with. I went in for an interview which was conducted by the principal and her counterparts. A week later I received an email asking was I interested in the position in which I interviewed for, which was totally an entire different position. I went from interviewing for one position to getting job offers for two other positions. The entire process was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. Who conducts business with a possible candidate through email vs picking up the phone to discuss job opportunities. I have two college degrees and this school tried to offer me a part time position making about 12/hr. A huge slap in my face to think I would belittle myself to come work for this organization.
