I have never had a problem. I have came here each time throughout the years. Most of the time I was able to walk in and get serviced. I always had to have a tooth extracted and one time I didn't have insurance and it was reasonable. They still accept walk-ins but you have to call and they will schedule you, if not the same day it will be the next day. The dentist and the staff was super nice and very professional.
