Bruegger's Bagels

Normally I really like Bruegger's, but this is probably the worst one I've ever been to. I came here for lunch and ordered a sandwich with chicken soup, and they were out of both the bread for the sandwich and the soup. They didn't bother to tell me they were out of soup until after I paid. I ended up getting chips instead of soup, and the food was fine, but the employees talked very loudly the whole time I was eating.
