Management is unprofessional and Maintenance is shady. Several times I had requested repairs, sometimes no response for days and other times maintenance claimed they made necessary repairs but never showed up to do anything. Management wants to bill you for repairs that are not due to your fault or neglect then if you dont pay they won't renew your lease and find as many ways possible to keep as much of your security deposit as possible. Tenants are lazy and dirty, they leave trash outside their doors for days even though dumpsters are less than 2 minutes away. Constant smell of marijuana coming from neighbors apartments. Tenants with pets dont clean up after their dogs even though there are clean up stations conveniently located, making what little grassy area unplayable and disgusting for my 1 yr old daughter. Management tries to punish all tenants for what a select few do, but treat them better than ones that cause no problems. Horrible experience
