My son took his Honda Civic to Brian's - his air conditioner needed to be repaired. Initially, he was told the repair would cost $500 - he authorized that expense. The next day he was told that in order for him to have cold air (which is the purpose of air conditioning in North Carolina!) he would need to pay an additional $626. They were going to charge labor to put everything back the way it was even though the initial estimate did not accomplish what it was supposed to. Watch out for bait and switch tactics!
