I have so much to say I don't even know where to start. I've been going to this gas station for over a year now. Every single one of the clerks has no idea what customer service means. They hardly stand there and take your money. They never say hello or anything like that and they probably don't know what the words "thank you" mean because they don't say them and when they hear them they have no reaction! They never look you in the eye, don't communicate with you, and you'll be lucky if they take care of you without talking to one of their coworkers or to another customer. Even the woman who seems to be the owner, has no idea what a smile is. Like I said, I've been going there for over a year and I don't know any of their names, I live two blocks from there and they are so rude and into themselves they probably dont' even know I'm a regular customer. When they're not in a bad mood, puffing and complaining, they are either screaming or making some sort of scene behind the counter. They will literally hold an entire conversation among themselves while there are 10 customers in line and they will take care (and I use this term loosely here) of all the customers without stopping their conversation for ONE second. It's incredible how they're still in business. I've never seen a business with such poor customer service, last so long. My fiance runs a construction business, and he has 4 trucks which he takes there almost everyday to fill up. We've been using this gas station and convenience store because of how close to our home it is, but at this point, I'm so upset at the way these "clerks" have been treating me, that I am seriously considering driving an extra half a mile just to get better customer service. And the best part is, they dont' even have a place at the BP's website where you can make any of these complaints. If you care about customer service and would like to be treated like a customer and not a nuisance, then DON"T go to this gas station, take your business somewhere else where it's actually aprecciated.
