I think the place was fine.. the trainers were fun, energetic, and the workout was worth the 30 min. drive at the end of the day. However, my membership was rescinded for a misunderstanding that the management could've addressed more professionally. Hence, taking off two stars. I suppose the place could use some big fans inside since it gets really hot , a bit of better courtesy moving ahead, and definitely a sign asking people to wipe their feet at the entrance. Needless to say, sometimes people will/might still forget, and if I were the manager, I'd just shrug it off. Otherwise, place seems to have plenty of good ratings, so I suppose mine must be an isolated case. Can't beat the price at $10/month with a $100/year up-front.
