Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

I love Bo's! That said, this one is just okay. Usually this is on point, although, it just seems as if most of the people here either Don't care or are just too busy. Thankful for one in town wish they'd improve peak time efficiency though. Take a hint from places like Chick-fil-a for that Update : Accuracy has continued to decline. Would be great if they would focus on quality control and customer service ... AND when a customer asks for light ice... GIVE it.
