Customer service was good BUT I picked up a suit that I bought for my wedding/Honeymoon and this company forgot the pocket stuffer (which is supposed to be included in the rental items). My Best Man rented his stuff from here and was charged a late free when he returned it the Tuesday following my wedding. Forget stuff for a groom and offer nothing to fix your mistake and charge a late fee for his best man. I'll go somewhere else for my formal wear needs in the future.
