Best Western Plus Coastline Inn

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. But be very careful about your charges and double check them! I also advise to book online because they will give you a higher price if you call to book on the phone. We got a price online but because we had a pet, it said to call directly. However, we were quoted $15 more per night so we ultimately booked online. The price for a pet was $20 online but they charged us $30. Thankfully we were paying attention and they took the extra charge off, saying that Best Western had changed the pet fee policy but had not updated their website. These things may have been coincidental but they made us feel that they were trying to get more money and hoping we weren't paying attention. If it weren't for that, we would have given it 4 stars. When you are a family on a fixed budget every bit counts.
