Belk

I have read many reviews and maybe there are new managers because I encounter excellent customer service at this Belk location. Upstairs Jackie and Linda have both been great. I called with a coupon concern and spoke with a manager, Rodney, who assisted me with genuine care. One thing I would like to share is Belk does on occasion permit coupons be used in the fragrance department and those who work there should be made aware of this new concept with the company. Yes, Cross Creek Mall could improve it's appearance with the gum filled exterior sidewalks but the customer service at Belk has been very much on the spot in their shoe department, jewelry and purse department, and household goods upstairs. My family thoroughly enjoys this Belk location.
