I will NEVER make another purchase from Badcock. They have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. The salesperson Aaliyah was great when it came to helping get the order together and made sure my wife and I got everything we needed, but after the sale was completed she acted like she could careless if anything went wrong. Well guess what, EVERYTHING went wrong! I placed my order a month before it was delivered so they would have AMPLE time to get everything in order. The day before delivery I called and got the run around regarding what time the guys would be there to deliver. I was transferred 3 times back and forth only to be told they don't know what time they would be there. I also received a call to let me know 1 of my chests was damaged and they would offer 30% off if I still wanted to keep it. I asked what the final price would be, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes only to be told "Aaliyah said her computer just went down, so she's not able to tell you how much it would be". How hard is it to do SIMPLE math?! I asked them how much it was before the 30% and did the math for them. On delivery day the "slightly" damaged chest looked like they grabbed it off the trash pile. I wouldn't have paid $2 for it. They delivered the wrong mirror to go with the dresser (it didn't even look like it matched the furniture), the dresser was cracked on the back, the base to the dining table was broken, and my ottoman was left at the store (which Aaliyah didn't seem to care much about it being left). Here's the fun part: I called the store and spoke to the manager WILLIAM. Obviously I am LIVID at this point and he tells me they will bring out the display table base from the floor. Obviously, anyone would expect some type of compensation for a display item that other people have been sitting at and propped their feet on. WILLIAM rudely answered there is no compensation. After that I told him I am sending EVERY item back and hung up. He decides to call me back and say he'll do 10%, but that's all. I guess since I was a young customer they expected me to be a fool. WILLIAM then stated he didn't understand why I wouldn't accept that and keep my order. I asked if he would like me to say it in another language and WILLIAM decided it would be a good idea to call me RACIST. I never knew I could be racist over the phone if I have never laid my eyes on you to know what your race is. Needless to say I went somewhere else to spend my money and came out with NOTHING broken or damaged.
I know this was a long review, but I want to warn EVERYONE about this place so they don't have the same experience. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that appreciates you.
