Aviator Smokehouse

I used to love this place when we first moved to Raleigh a few years ago. But it seems the bigger they get, the more sacrifice to quality there is on the restaurant/bar end. The food is still ok. However the new additions to the menu could use some work - the corned beef hash used for their sandwich is a cut too thick to be thoroughly enjoyable. The service could also use a little improvement, as a small number of the staff we’ve encountered in recent visits have appeared less than happy to be helping us. The redeeming quality is still the beer however.
