When I first walked by no one was there, came back about ten minutes later and finally someone was behind the counter. Asked for a small cup of pretzel bites and was charged. The lady went to get my food then came back and told me I would have to wait 10-15 minutes for them because she didn't have enough. I asked for just a refund because I did not have time to wait around but was told they don't do refunds. I ended up with a regular pretzel that was dry and chewy. It had obviously been under the heat lamp way to long. Don't let them charge you unless you are sure they have enough food and that it is fresh!!!
