Tech was prompt and able to replace our blown amp in no time. Not only did he replace the amp but provided a better option for balancing our volume in various areas of the store.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience,they are a top notch company. Megan who answers the phones and schedules the appointments is so nice and polite to deal with. The installers Woody and Spencer are very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and went over everything so we understood how to use our system. We had an outdoor sound system installed ,the speakers set in the ground in our mulch kind of hidden as well as the amp,all this is made by Sonas. We have never heard of this company before but WOW! we were blown away. We couldn't be more happier with the system and the people at Audio Video Concepts & Design. Thanks again for a job well done!
