The experience was great. The office is clean, friendly and efficient. The doctor is nice and easy going. This will be my new home for all my dental care. Thank you for the amazing care I given. I will make sure to recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist. Than you again

This review is for the Raleigh location. I was a loyal customer for this dental office for more than 3 years even referred a co-worker and her family to this location but I have to cut my business with this dental office due to poor customer service. I waited for over a month to get a Saturday appointment (I am busy with work civilian/military job, plus I live 30 minutes away) and when I arrived on my appointment date, I was told by the front desk clerk that I could not be seen because I have my 2 yr. old daughter with me. I was never made aware of this policy and if this is the case, this should be highly emphasized during the confirmation call prior to the appointment or prior to making the appointment. They never even double check with the actual dentist or hygienist if they are ok. How about some courtesy to your customers that are single moms/dads, loyal customers, parents working Mon-Fri, etc. Well, I am taking my money and dental insurance somewhere else closer to home and with better customer service...On the bright side, my hygienist and dentist were both excellent...

Located in the sketchiest building I've ever seen. Equipment and office aren't as nice as the website makes it sound. The doctor barely introduced himself before telling me I needed a root canal, crowns, and multiple fillings redone when all I wanted was a cleaning. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion and was told that I don't need a root canal or a crown. I felt this place wanted to take advantage of me because I would be paying out of pocket for most of the work. I was misled by all the good reviews online but I figured out why. They have a sign on the wall in one of the exam lanes that says if you leave them a 5 star review, you will receive a free gift. SKETCHY. Also, they didn't send my records to my new dental office even after I submitted a record release request twice. I have already told all of my coworkers, friends, and family to stay away from this place.
