I've used Arrow for quarterly pest control for over 4 years: i've had several different technician during that time. Every technician did different things; you never know what services they will perform. Some check the attic for entry points, some remove spider webs. Only the most recent one shows up on time. Very haphazard service and poor communication from this company. I'm ready to look elsewhere.
