Our Whirlpool dishwasher stopped working a few months after it was delivered. We made an appointment through the Whirlpool site, and were contacted by Appliance Pro to complete the diagnostic test. When the technician arrived he was very friendly and knowledgeable (according to my husband), he stated that they would need to order a new pump. The technician stated that the part would arrive between 7 and 10 business days.
We have called several times to get an update on the part, and they tell us every time that "a new shipment has come in" and they "need to go through it and see if it has arrived". Seven business days would have been 10/05/2017, and 10 business days would have been 10/11/2017. It is now 10/13/2017, at the end of their day (they close at 3:00 on Fridays), and we have yet to know the status of the part.
I called Whirlpool today to complain about this company they are contracting with. I had a GREAT customer service experience. The lady tried contacting Appliance Pro as well, and did not get an answer. We now have an appointment with a new company this Wednesday, Whirlpool is fast tracking the part, and a working dishwasher is now in our future.
The customer service rep put a complaint in with Whirlpool against this company as they do not live up to the Whirlpool standard.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
